I have just returned from an amazing 3 days in Milan and a day at lake como.
The hotel was close to central station. The two male receptionists were extremely helpful and always polite and professional. Had the misfortune to hear a very rude man verbally attack the receptionist and at all times he remained calm and professional.
The hotel was clean, the rooms had everything we needed and when we asked for more pillows and milk we were given them immediately. There was plenty of food for breakfast.
The receptionist were extremely knowledgeable about the area recommending restaurants close by and giving advice about travelling around Milan and Aldo how to get to lake Como.
The trip to como was very easy from Centrale Station to Varenna.
I would recommend this hotel for anybody wanting a cheap stay in Mi.an.

Room tip: We stayed in room 506. No view but quiet and adequate for our needs

Club hotel is ideal for a short stay in Milan. It is 7 minutes walk from Milano Centrale, Milan's main train Station . The room was very clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast is served every morning from 7.00 till 10.00. Service was good from the male receptionist working the night shift. However, the only disappointment was the lady receptionist working the day shift. She was a little arrogant when asking if we could use the room shortly before the check in time ( 14:00 ). She rudely answered a straight NO. That was not the answer we were expecting from a lady who should have been welcoming us in Milano.

This is a budget hotel in close proximity to Milan Stazione Centrale (Central Station.) I had a single room on the first floor and although the room was very small, it was well-maintained and clean with a clean, ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was also nice. There are also vending machines in the reception. Unfortunately, the hotel reception did not take card during my stay so in order to pay my city tax, I had to run to a bank machine 2 blocks away but if I were to stay in Milan again, I would stay here as it is good value for money and a good location.

I was visiting a nearby friend and this was an ideal location, about a ten-minute walk from Milano Centrale station. For the price, the single room (1st floor) was clean and quiet, looked out to the back of the hotel (which was ok), and the breakfast was good. Nothing complicated and the reception staff were efficient and friendly. Did the job for me.

Room tip: The room (104) faced the back and was quiet.

We made the on-line reservation for the bed room for 3 people.
We met three main issues we didn't like.
First, the 'check-in welcome': we arrived at 11:30 as we previously declered on the on-line application. We hoped we had the bedroom before the standard time (2pm) but we got: it is impossible, you may have your bedroom at 2 pm as it is mentioned on website (it seemed all room are ready all together at the same time). So we went to have lunch and we asked the lady: if you manage to prepare our room before 2 pm shall you call / whatsapp / SMS us? Answer: no, we do not have any hotel mobile line.
Second issue: bedroom is really old, small wardrobe, bathroom without any aspiration vent.
Third: the double bed is not double but a 1,3 size bed; sleeping in 2 is a real challenge!

Room tip: In the room for three people the double bed is not even a 1,5 bed
