True to it's name my experience was inspirational. Entry with Fragrance of jasmine. Everyone around you transmitting positive energy. A true place where you can relax at the end of a hectic business schedule. Support staffs are well mannered & breakfast is superlative. One of the best place to stay in Milano.

This Hotel is outside Milan but only 5 minutes from the metro but if you want it's a 35 leisure and safe walk to the Dome. Staff is very friendly and lobby is clean and large. Rooms are ok, little dated. Good choice for business and leisure traveller.

This hotel has by far the worst service ever, if I could I would give it 0 stars. Girls at the front desk are arrogant, rude and condescending, cleaning ladies curse at you behind your back (they were talking while I was passing by, they didnt realize I was the guest of the room they were talking s*it abt, and why they were talking abt us? Only because we were doing a late checkout!).
I despise their key/light system, basically whenever you enter the room you have to stick the key card into a slot in order to be able to turn on the lights and a/c (if you are lucky enough to get a room with a working one!), 2 rooms out of 4 we slept in had a broken a/c, the hotel answer to it was a .... Fan, yes, you read it right, a FAN.
Room are dated (I haven't seen much difference since last time I bad been there 15 years ago).
You have to pay for WIfI. Which I find ridiculous in 2013.
I had some baby bottles and brushes I washed and left near the sink with a note in Italian clearly asking the maid to kindly avoid touching them .... I come back to the room, the bottle brush smelled funky and was stiff to the touch, I had a feeling it fell (or the cleaning lady used it to clean) in the toilet .... In the doubt I threw the brush away.
The list of wrong things abt this hotel goes on.
The bellboy Gennaro was the high point of the hotel, great manners and customer service, he should have a promotion to front desk, he was 1000 more helpful than any of the front desk girls.
Giusy (short girl with glasses) from front desk should be fired immediately, she was extremely rude, the rudest of all, in more than one occasion.

When you step into the hotel's site, you feel "Marriott" in the air. The hotel's lobby is designed like in the 19th century. If you are looking for a contemporary decoration then you are in the wrong place.
The room is very spacious with carpet everywhere and a very comfortable big bed.
I had indeed the best sleep ever (in a hotel).
The breakfast's room is huge and the breakfast itself is really good.

Too bad the WiFi is not free in the rooms but on the other hand, I did not succeed to establish any connection either .

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night, before the flight back home. I really regret not knowing how great the hotel is, perhaps I would have change some of the plans about my tour to northern Italy.
Came to know a lovely hotel, with beautiful reception and lobby area. The stuff is nice and very helpful. Rooms are great and highly equipped.
Location is also very good, just 5-7 minutes walking from the Metro station.
And yeh... beds are great, perfect sleep quality.

Room Tip: Parking at the hotel is not that expensive ( only 18 EUR per day ), slightly higher than local parki...

The room was ok a little tired in its decor and agree the Air Con was noisey and limited. The restaurant meal was good and the location was within easy reach of the underground which gets you to where you need to be.

Stayed three nights at this hotel recently and will have to say the rooms were both clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. However, the distance between the hotel and the nearest subway Wagna Station is quite a distance approximately 1km or about 15 mins of stroll. There is a big supermarket directly across the street and all necessities are readily available. Overall a good branded hotel with good amenities apart from the subway station which is not in close proximity.
