Booked via their website: A little bit oldfashioned process and interface. But it worked and also modifications worked out fine.
Checkin: Quick, efficient
Checkout: Had to wait for more than 15 mins, due to other guests argueing about something.
Location: Direct at the central station. 5 mins to walk. If you want to stay in a good hotel close to the station, then this is the place to go.
Accommodation: Nice room, enough space. Comfortable bed, good blankets. Had a fantastic sleep. Quiet.
Brealfast: Very good breakfast. Lot of fresh fruits. Good coffee
Overall: Good value for your money. Unbeatable location if you come by train or plane (Malpensa express). Recommended
