We stayed in this hotel twice in June 2013 when passing through Milan . The hotel lived up to its reviews: clean, efficient, comfortable, well appointed, well maintained and perfectly convenient for the Central Railway station, the coach to Linate Airport and the Metro. Excellent wi-fi. Breakfast was very good, althought the hotel restaurant's menu was uninspiring. This wasn't an issue, as there is an excellent restaurant - can't remember the name - 20 metres along the square, which is well worth a visit. The one negative to the hotel was that it seemed a touch soulless, but that's a minor carp set against all the positives.

Read many excellent reports about this Hotel and they have not been overstated. Room on 14th floor overlooking Stazione Centrale.
Good sized room with two easy chairs & table, fridge replenished very day with 2 sodas & 2 water also peanuts & biscuits. Safe in room. B/room well stocked with toiletries, nail files etc.
Many choices for breakfast in a large restaurant. All staff very courteous and pleasant.
Have been here for 2days still another 3 to go and I am looking forward to the rest of my stay at the Michelangelo

We stayed three nights in this hotel in a triple room and found it a very large and comfortable hotel room.

The hotel is directly opposite Centrale Station which we found very convenient arriving from Linate Airport by Air Bus and leaving by train for Malpensa. Milan is easy to get around by public transport so using this hotel for our stay was an excellent choice.

The hotel is well appointed and definitely 4 star standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Wifi was free in the room and the small free minibar was a nice touch. The room included robes and slippers and spa bath. The only thing missing from the room was tea and coffee facilities which we would have liked - I realise this is not standard in Italy but it would have been nice to have. Our three star hotel in Rome did include tea and coffee facilities so some hotels do provide it in Italy.

I highly recommend this hotel and should we return to Milan will definitely stay here again.

Hotel 100m from Milano Centrale, with smallish rooms fairly priced for the city and the hotel's location. the breakfast was quite diverse, probably due to the many Asian guests. I learned later that this hotel is listed in Japan's Italy (blue) guidebook, so many Japanese were there.

We had a super spacious triple room, all three beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed, which is fairly unusual!
There was a lovely view,(14th floor) and we were able to eat our yummy breakfast (fresh squeezed orange juice and then some!) and make an early train. We found some ok take-aways nearby (the restaurant recommended by staff was very expensive for italy.) We found the metro easy to use to see Milan in a few hours. We loved the spa bath and luxury in the bathroom (the scale was a godsend after weeks on the go!). All in all, one of our best hotels.

Room Tip: Ask for high up quiet room, but i think all have good glazing to make them sound proof, and they hav...

A conveniently located and of good service hotel that can be an excellent start point to discover Italy and Europe as well. Rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet superb. Mini bar with little choice but free and always full. Wi-fi excellent. Staff is polite and always eager to help you.
