I normally stay at BW as a default as it is great quality and great service. This is definitely a below average hotel for them. The rooms could barely fit two people with luggage, bed was very uncomfortable (even for Europe). Location is fine, staff was fine. Hotel is clean and relatively quiet. Pricing was good.

Brilliant hotel, nice friendly staff who quite frankly couldn't do enough for us, nice food although not much on the menu but it didn't matter. Rooms maybe a tad small but otherwise VERY clean and a well stocked Mini bar. I was a little sceptical after booking a 3 day trip my husband and myself after id read some of these reviews, but quite frankly i don't know what some people expect to be honest maybe its because there isnt a McDonalds on the doorstep and they don't all speak English but if you want that then i suggest Southend on Sea. We had great fun using the trams/buses/metro and lots to see, the Cathedral at Duomo is spectacular! Lots of nice shops and bars and restaurants within walking distance and we even visited the San Siro stadium which i enjoyed very much. All in all hafd a fab time and will go back!

This is a nice hotel and the service from the staff at reception, restaurant and bar is excellent and cannot be beaten by any other hotel I have stayed at. If you need to make regular trips to Milan city centre then this hotel is too far for you. Most guests are in Milan for business the local area is not affluent but safe and you can pick up some nice bargains, the one thing that would put me off this hotel is the bathroom it's far too small and the shower is so small I am 5'7 and I couldn't fit inside it, it was designed for dwarfs, seriously I kid you not.

5 min walk to the tram and then 10 mins to city centre lots of shopping for all budgets !
Plenty of sights and restaurants for local delights
Very easy to find your way about very cheaply and well marked routes at tram and under ground systems

Reception: friendly and competent. Room: small, elegant decoration, clean, on the fourth floor facing to the street, despite external roller shutter, loud. Minibar available. Bath: shower, toilette, and bidet, equipped with a number of towels. Breakfast: served in a small room, but great comprehensive continental breakfast with Italian sweets. Vicinity: Chinese as well as Italian restaurants, Italian bars, supermarket just behind the hotel. The hotel can be reached directly from the city center (Duomo) by taking Tram Nr. 16 within 15 min.
