The hotel is in a very good location not far from Corso Buenos Aires for shopping. The room was fairly small, but nice decor. I personally found the mattress very hard, but this is just a personal preference for something a little softer. The bathroom was quite small, but the towels were thick and fluffy. There was a shower over the bath, but the lever to change the shower into the bath was broken off, so I had to fill the bath from the shower - not a huge inconvenience. The location is in a quiet street without any traffic noise, which is a big bonus. Breakfast was huge and plentiful, with bacon, sausage, eggs, as well as yogurt, cheese, ham, toast, bread, cereals, pastries etc etc. A nice touch is that there is coffee and hot water and tea in reception so that you can have a cup at night. There was also a kettle in the room with coffee and tea bags. The only disadvantage is that the walls are paper thin. On the first night I stayed, the people in the next room arrived back at 1am and used the shower and hairdryer and then again at 5am, and I could hear everything. I also heard them snoring through the night and could hear every word that they said. On the second night, I was lucky to have quiet neighbours!

We stayed for 2 nights , 4th & 5th May as a first time trip to Milan. Ok - it was mainly to see a match at the San Siro!
Smallish room but very comfortable & a good shower. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
Conveniently placed for the cheaper shopping experience on Corso Buenos Aires and a very efficient Metro service to the other cultural delights of this wonderful city.

Stayed at felice casati over easter weekend and pleased we choosed this hotel its close to all the public transport links, and all the things you want to go and see.The room was a good size and the bathroom was all very clean. With friendly staff, and lots of little nice touches, like - cookie jar and fruit to help yourself. Also Tea and coffee always available to make yourself and free. As it was Easter we arrived at breakfast with Easter cake for every guest to take home and when we went back to our room little easter eggs were on the bed.

We stayed here for a city break in March 2013.

The location was fine - about a 10 minute walk from the Centralle Station and about 15 minutes to Duomo. There was plenty to do in the vicinity although there was some noise from the street after midnight.

We arrived about 9pm and were warmly greeted. They hang onto your passports for 30 minutes - presumably to see if your credit card works! The foyer was welcoming and they have cookies and massive apples available for free. They also have free newspapers, although none in English.

We were in room 415 on the 4th floor. The rooms have a tradition lock and key arrangement on the doors which is fine but no use if you plan on separating and meeting up later. The room was larger than I anticipated and I couldn’t fault the cleanliness or quality of the fittings.

They have a large wall mounted TV but we never used this as a quick run through of the dozens of channels showed there were none in English - not even BBC World! The large double bed was comfortable and firm and the room had French windows which allowed the fresh air - and noise - in.

The room didn’t have a bath but the shower was roomy and the pressure good. The toiletries were nice and they supplied an ‘intimate cleaner’ next to the bidet!

The room rate included a buffet breakfast which was excellent - the only thing I would add would be some fruit salad or grapefruit as the bananas and tinned pineapple didn’t quite cover my 5-a-day!

Overall we had an excellent stay but beware of the new city tax of 4 Euro a person a night - a nice bill of 24 Euro was presented on check out!

Room Tip: 415 was front facing and a bit noisey after dark if you have the window open.

I recently stayed for 19 nights in this hotel with my wife, which I selected with Trip Advisor. By the end of our stay we were sad to leave as we made friends with most of the staff. They gave us also an amazing room (417). So large! We felt like living at home. The hotel was very quiet also. Breakfast was also nice with many items varying unlike many hotels. They offer a nice happy hour in a very comfortable lounge which we always felt like sitting in and drinking tea after long walks in the cold of Milano (late February/early March). We have nothing but positive to say.

Room Tip: Room 417 on top floor if you can get it. They may have other similar rooms. The single rooms are qui...
