“Quiet and nice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 31, 2012

We spent 4 nights in this quiet and nice hotel. It's located just across the church where The Last Supper of Da Vinci is! And only 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. The people at the reception weren"t that friendly, but the others were. Nice rooms with view at the garden.

well, I've been to this hotel just for one night, the room was spacious, clean and from the balcony there was a beautiful view, it's so close to the a church in which you can see Last supper of Da Vinci, well...you must have a reservation from long time ago, the breakfast was fantastic, the cappuccino was just perfetto, the staff were so friendly and helpful. recommended to those who don't have a problem with the price...

+ just two steps from the Leonardo’s “Last Supper” – remember to book tickets at least two weeks before;
+ quite close to the city center (approx. 10-15 minutes’ walk);
+ great atmosphere of the former monastery;
+ basic yet comfortable and spacious rooms;
+ the staff is very helpful – when I needed the bulb to be changed, they did it within few minutes;
+ you can enjoy your dinner in the nearby restaurant “Gli orti di Leonardo”, which is located in the very same building, but on the opposite side.

- you can choose between a very small elevator or steep, spiral staircase;
- the bathroom is quite small and dark;
- quite expensive compared to Turin's hotels, but you need to remember that Milan is "a bit" more expensive.

This hotel is OK for business travel and short stays. Very conveniently located with regard to the train station and the city center. Rooms are ample but not very comfortable. The beds are a little hard and the AC does not work well. Showers and bathroom are very small, like in all old European hotels.
Continental buffet breakfast is served in the 1st floow with good assortment of fruits and bakery.

This hotel is not in any way safe. They make you leave your key at the desk when you leave but they do not ask for a name or ID when you ask for a key. When i returned my key was not at the front desk and it turns out they just gave it away to a random person. So while staying here any person off the street can come into your room. The staff then treated this like it was not an issue and in no way their fault. Not the kind of safety i expect from any hotel.

ideallly located in the heart of Milano.... this old convent with interior garden is very charming but the rooms are noisy and the bathrooms are out of age the carpet on the floor is also smelly . in addition, no room service, poor guest management and wifi is NOT free.

Very good location. The hotel was adapted in a big building full of offices.
You can have a honest coffee and the few employees are helpful.
Nternet is expensive. If you leave the hotel and turn right, walf for a few blocks you will be in the heart of Milan. There you can get a 3G card and get internet for the whole month for about 12€.
You are near everything. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small but confortable enough for me.
No sauna, no swiming pool or gym.
