Me and my partner stayed here for two nights in September and we couldn't fault it. It's a great location about half way between the train station and city centre. Friendly staff on arrival and they were quick to resolve any issues we had (only needed help unlocking the safe in our room). The room was smallish but incredibly clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good. All in all a great stay, and we'll be booking again if we return to Milan.

First impressions are important.
Arrived after noon and was told check in was 2 pm, room was ready but an additional 15 euros would get you in before 2 pm. Absolutely ridiculous, never heard of this in any hotel before. Awful customer service!!
Rooms are tiny, no kettle or water bottles......
Next door a huge building is in the early construction phase, excavation looks almost complete, very noisy and will be like that for years.
Avoid this hotel, not the best neighborhood.
Last time I book an ibis, wish I picked another hotel.

It is close to the central station and a leisurely walk to the centre. Hotel itself is 400+ rooms and could do with 1 or 2 more on the front desk. A room with safes instead of a safe in the room is a little complicated. The menu we read in the room was good, however it is not current and when we were in the restaurant we had to choose from dishes which didn’t interest us. The next day we ate across the street in the Machiavelli hotel. Would come again? Perhaps. It wasn’t bad, but I keep my options open.

The location is just a10 min walk from the central station, 18 minutes from the Duomo, you walk through a beautiful park and the fashion rectangle to get there which is fantastic.but the hotel itself is in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the metro.
The building is new, clean and elegant. Rooms are a bit small but very stylish and nicely arranged. The staff was amazing... We were celebrating our anniversary, Angelica (so appropriately named) checked us in and offered us complimentary drinks, served to us by a wonderful bartender which put us in a fantastic mood to start our trip to milan.
The services are more than adequate, a great value for money. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Milan.

Very friendly helpful staff and good room an upgrade from what I had booked which was very nice. Just around corner from Lima metro & plenty of cafe ristorantes nearby plus not far from centre. Lots of things to do but make sure T-design Museum is on the list plus book ahead for visit to recently restored Da Vinci "Last Supper" & to get an opera ticket for La Scala.
