This hotel is located in between Garibaldi Train Station and Technical University Milan. The nearest tram line is number 2 that gives direct access to the city center. We stayed for business reasons. They upgraded our room, which was kind. Staff was very friendly. Few restorations can be recommended. In example the door of the room was not closing itself. You really needed to pull hard to lock. The safe was not functioning but as we did not need it it was not a problem to us. Breakfast was reasonable.

We have just come back from a two night stay and this hotel was great for us. For the price we paid we couldn’t complain, it was easy enough to get to the metro station about 5minute walk and then a 10minute journey into the centre. We didn’t use the hotel for food but the staff gave us the information if we wanted to. Staff were friendly and polite especially the guy who was cleaning the rooms - had a smile on his face every time we saw him. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

First time in Milan, for a works convention, this is a typically corporate hotel, nothing more or nothing less, hard to understand how a Best Western ld be anything more, as they claim, friendly staff, good choice at breakfast, my evening meal was "Standard" fayre, nothing more, room was large and with ample storage for my stay, bathroom a little shabby, the best feature was that the hotel was ideally situaed for our head office.
