The staff was really helpfull and kind. Room were clean and well equiped. Breakfast was excellent just for 10 euros. The hotel is about 10 minutes from metro and tram station. The neighbourhood is not very nice but there is everything you need - small shop, restaurants and fast foods.

Stayed here this month. The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious with great views over the city rooftops. The staff couldn’t do enough for me even preparing a light lunch for myself and two colleagues (when they don’t do lunch normally). Really can’t say enough for the people working here. I stay in lots of hotels for work and the level of service here is a new benchmark in quality.

My Wife and I stayed there, last weekend, 22 - 24 March 2019. The reception main staff (Jorge) tried his best. Though the room was very tidy and clean, basic but it lack warmth. The TV sat on the table and so, one cannot use the table when your partner wants to watch TV. There goes the space management.
The staff in their restaurant, which also serves as a Bar & Breakfast Room were so indifferent to us. Service was poor. Whether it is their arrogance or prejudice, I don't know. They even had the gall to insult us in telling us that we cannot borrow a couple of wine glasses because we might walk away with them and they had us sign in their as their guarantee that we will return them.. What an affront!!. As it is, this is my second and last time in Italy and definitely never in a Best Western Hotel.
