“Definitely not four star!”

Foyer was rather nice - unfirtunately this was no indication of what was to come. Although recently refurbished, this has clearly been done on a very low budget. The room, although clean had no chair, pictures, fridge or even a kettle. This was as basic as it gets although the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was useless and was a cronky looking contraption in the corner of the room. There was no headboard cover on my bed in room 37. One rather nice looking gentleman on reception was very pleasant however there was a miserable blonde woman who clearly didn't want to help me when I asked if I may borrow some glasses. The breakfast was quite plentiful though therewas apparently no bread for toast delivered for three days. The hotel was much further from the underground than I would have liked and wasn't in the best area, infact I thought I had arrived in India. Would I recommend this hotel - no way.

Room Tip: Go to another hotel

The hotel it's self is fine and just about what I expected, room are clean and well presented. That is the end. Do not expect to get a room with an operating air conditioner that works. The advertised Wi-fi is without pararel is the worst in the entire developed world and the staff have a real problem trying to understand. The manager is able to speak English, however he is to busy arranging his own social life to be bothered with the needs of his guests, there is a waiter that can speak good English but he is used to clear dishes and they put the most obnoxious little man with glasses on the front desk to deal with guests, little to no English
The location of the hotel is a far way out of town and a long walk to the Metro where pick pockets ply their trade. In short find another hotel

Room Tip: Don't have a room on the Western side as the AC will never cool the room down.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for our one night stay in Milan in transit to Greece. Milan is the place logical transfer but the airport is brutal, keep in mind when booking your flights.
The hotel was very clean with modern furnishings and decent space. The location was not ideal for a quick tour of the town and shopping but close enough from main streets to catch a bus. The breakfast was included in the low price and even though it wasn't extraordinary it was a varied and generous buffet. BW Milton is an inexpesive safe bet in Milan.

hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. i've only given 4/5 for two reasons, I'm sure the hotel was more than 750 mts from the metro and there was limited options for the evening meal in the restaurant .

I stayed for two nights in june this year. The rooms are quite big, the bathroom is even bigger and very clean. The only dissadvantage in my opinion is that the hotel is realtively far away from the metro station.
The breakfast was excelent and the people from reception are nice.

It’s a typical Best Western hotel – big breakfast, big rooms, business-like service. However, the receptionists can sometimes appear to be cold and not thoughtful. We arrived late afternoon and we were given 2 rooms facing the afternoon sun. Both rooms were extremely hot and there was no air-conditioning. After we complained, we were transferred to 2 much cooler rooms across the corridor. I don’t understand why we were not given the cooler rooms in the first place.

The location is not really great. It’s a bit far from everything, including the center of the city, restaurants and shopping. I guess the main advantage of its location is that it is on a side street and therefore quiet at night.

I've stayed at B. W. M. M. Hotel for three days during the Saloni Di MObile Exhibition 2012. It certainly has a modern contemporary lobby area but my double b. room was down to basic without fridge freezer still very clean in every aspect. The food including breakfast and resto was excellent with Good service from the hotel staff. Wifi connection was impossible during my three days stay due to network overload...Average proximity to city center as you have to change from train to subway but only 3 to 4 stops away. A train calling at Lancetti Station (200mts from Milton M.) could take you easily with no change to Fiera Rho.
