We recently stayed at the Brunelleschi Hotel which is litteraly 2 minutes walk from the famous Duomo and Galleria. Being in the business district the area is quiet in the evening and at the weekends. The hotel rooms are very confortable, clean, spacious and soundproofed. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning is very good and generous !
As a tourist, there really is not much else to see in Milan so we were pleased to be right in the heart of it !

Room Tip: The hotel does not have a car park but you can park in a public car park (Autosilo Diaz) which is no...

Comfortable and welcome place. Good stop in the heart of the city near Duomo. Helpful staff, cosy beds, good bathroom with all necessary things, very good meal, nice wine in the bar. For sure I'll be back.

stayed at the Hotel Brunelleschi 14th - 16th May 2014. A trade show was on while we where there so I suppose prices increased a bit, but it was still expensive 200euros a night! The drinks in the bar weren't much better either 18 euros for 2 whiskys. The room was a smoking room (507) and was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of things to choose from.
A little tip if travelling to Milan.
Get a hotel quite a way out of the city and use the underground to get to all the sights, its cheap, fast and on time, excellent in fact. And the further away from the city centre you are, the cheaper your hotel.

Ideal spot close to duomo & the shops. Breakfast was fabulous service excellent from all the staff. The decor downstairs is stylish, lovely Art Deco staircase BUT the bedrooms are in need of a refit comfortable but tired! The blind in our room opened at an angle and it had very dark wallpaper & curtains.

Stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights, sightseeing break. Fantastic location, just minutes from the Cathedral/City Centre. Spotless Hotel. Mostly friendly staff, waiting staff very helpful. Very good choice of breakfasts, fresh pots of coffee, freshly squeezed juices, fruits, eggs, bread etc. Had to ask for milk in the mornings and softer pillows as ours were ROCK HARD!! Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Had to pay the new "Visitors Tax" on leaving the Hotel though, 5 euros extra per night each.....would recommend this Hotel and stay here again, mainly for the location.

This hotel though quite small was excellent. On arrival our rooms weren't ready but we were given an immediate upgrade. The rooms were very clean and well laid out. Tea and coffee were available, slippers, toiletries and bathrobe in the room. There was a sit.in multi shower in the bathroom and electric blackout blinds and curtains in both rooms, a very good idea on sunny mornings. The hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral and shops. Breakfast was a full buffet of very good quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would happily recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in early May 2014. The hotel has excellent location, literally 2-3 minutes from the Duomo, which was the reason to select it. Our room was large (2 adults + 1 child), well equipped and clean. It was looking to the back yard so it was really quiet and we had very good sleep. The staff was courteous and answered with a smile to our various questions. The only thing to the hotel should improve is the breakfast variety and by all means keep the orange fresh juice part of it.

For those with cars, there is a public parking within a minute walking for which you could pay at the reception (25 EUR /day).

Room Tip: A room to the back yard should guarantee quiet sleep. Ask for room 402, which was at least 22-25 sq...
