Reception staff all speak English well and are helpful and informative.
Room was average and a little small, walls were thin although our neighbours were quiet thankfully.
Breakfast is a cold one only, with toast if you want it, but I filled up well on a decent assortment.
Catch a bus 91 from the centre to hotel approx 20 mins, and a bus 90 back ,travel prices compared to the UK are cheap, 4.50 euro gets you all over Milan for 24 hours by bus/ metro/tram.
I would stay here again, as is good value and handy for the centre.
