This restaurant was ok for Chinese food. Actually this is more like a mix of different Chinese cuisines. We had a Singapore noodle dish and a Taiwanese style fish dish. The Hot and Sour soup which is typically Chinese was way too salty but not tasty in any way. The sweet and sour shrimp was bland even though it was served in a hollowed out fresh pineapple. How odd huh? It is a family run place and the owner kept asking if everything was ok and if we wanted anything else. It was crowded for lunch and it is well recognized by the amount of newspaper and magazine articles about them. I guess I have had tastier Chinese food elsewhere so I may have expected more but it did not impress.
