Stayed there last August for a few nights. Travelled with my wife and 6 month old. The big pro was the location, which was just off the Golden Quadrilateral (ideal for high end shopping), but also no more than 10minutes walk to the Duomo in Milan. We ended up heading towards the Duomo as we found pretty good shopping in Rinascente (the department store). It was August so many restaurants were shut, and frankly there weren't that many in the immediate vicinity which was a downside, but it didn't bother us too much as we couldn't really enjoy dinners with a baby in tow. Would stay there again and plan on doing so on our next trip.
Rooms were nice, though nothing spectacular. Bathroom was very clean and seemed quite new although the style was classic. Decor in the lobby was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful.
