“The highlight of Milan”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 5, 2013

After visiting this stunning church, you are led to the refectory in which lies one of the most famous paintings of Renaissance Italy- Da Vinci's Last Supper.
The painting is a masterpiece and no art or history lover should visit Milan and not see it.
Well worth it!

“A work of genius”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 5, 2013

Its only when you see it that you really appreciate the damage that has been done and Leonardo's genius in regard to perspective. You are looking up and it all looks natural. You can see items on the table, which in reality would be impossible. Good to see the size and shape of room and the odd mural at the other end of the refectory.

“Must see!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2013

After booking our tickets online, we were delayed by airline changes. The helpful staff squeezed us in despite us missing our booked time slot. Well worth viewing. The church is quite small compared to the massive Duomo but quite lovely. Go around the back and view the courtyard as well.

“Beautiful Church”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2013

I visited Santa Maria delle Grazie while waiting for my time to visit the Last Supper next door. The interior of the church is beautiful and there is also a small gift shop with religious items for sale. Arrive early for your Last Supper visit and spend some time in here.

“Amazing work by Da Vinci”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 24, 2013

I never realised the art piece was so large and that each apostle was depicted with so much meaning. Really put me in awe. Only tip if you're heading there by metro is stop off at the conciliazone station and not cadorna FN as it's a much closer walk. Then you just follow the signs leading to the location. Only put off were the unfriendly staff and smelly bathrooms at the gift store
