“Great spot”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

This four star hotel is perfectly (perfectly) located. It is contemporary, cool and comfortable. The staff (thank you, Lucca and Dan) are fantastic. The beds, are superb and the price is right. It's not a steal, but for Milan, it is a very good value.

I cannot say enough good things about it. Noise? Yes, there is construction everywhere, but I asked for a quiet room and they came through.

A terrific base while in Milan.

The location, superb, is a top in this hotel.
The design doesn't let anyone indiferent, but...
Don't like the dark shower, funny idea that could probably have been developed some other way.
Breakfast was ok, but...
Everyone tries to please in the reception, but the work in progress near the lobby doesn't help...
Air conditioning tricky, nice bed and linen, but you feel the vibration of the subway sometimes.
Location is perfect. But...

we stays at this top Loactaion June 2013 as a couple
When we checked in at 3 p.m the room was not ready so we had to wait in the DARK lobby.
Room was actually very nice, just the light in the shower only went in , once you start the water so a DARK thing without water.
Loaction is one of the best in milano, except the vibration of the underground subway all night,
Servce was finde from the DARK T Shirt Stuff, just the Breakfirst Room was not really a friendly place for a moring coffe more like a Night PUB with DARK Walls.
overall all fine except the darks sides...

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location as it is within walking distance from many attractions. We were very excited to stay there because of its original concept. Maybe if we had been booked in a different room, our opinion would have been different but grey one with some red accents was by far too dark and depressing. In the morning we had a look in other opened rooms and each was completely different so our recommendation would be to maybe ask guests at check in if they are ok with dark or rather light decor of the room if various are still available.

We spent the Week-end at hotel Palazzo Segreti. We arrived quite late and had the good surprise to be upgrated. The hotel is very central in Milan. Very close the the duomo and the castello sforza. Yet, it is located in a quiet area. The room was great and the staff was super nice and helpful. They organised for us plenty of visits and nice place to have lunch and dinner. Breakfast was great too. It is a old building totally revamped with new materials and equipment. It is very design style.

Sometime too stylish hotels are so cold: you don't feel comfortable. This is not the case: the hotel is very beatiful, designed with great taste, with different styles in the room, but it's not cold at all. The room I had was so beautiful with great design ideas. The service is friendly but perfect. The position isvery convenient and you can rent a bike in front of the hotel. But the thing that describe better the hotel is the breakfast: minimalist, few things but great quality. Pastry, juice, fruit (cherries are not so common in hotel) marmelade, bread: everything is delicious. You feel well, and that is the most important thing, right?
