I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early October, 2012. I thought the manager was really on top of things and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Although I booked a single, I was given a larger room because they didn't have a room ready immediately when I arrived. I didn't take the hotel breakfast and I found that there are several places nearby where you can have a continental breakfast for a reasonable price.
There is free wi-fi in the public areas and one computer with Internet that is free and located off the bar area. This hotel is located near a Metro stop and you can also walk to many of the main sites in Milan.
There are also a number of good restaurants on a street about a bloock away from this hotel.
