-the location was a bit far, especially that it was too hot during our visit to walk to the metro, we ended up renting a car2go all the time.
-nice breakfast, although options like omelet and pancakes were served for an additional price only, which was a surprise .But still, there was a nice variety even without these additional options.
-the pool was decent, but way less beds around the pool, always occupied by other guests.
-rooms were very clean, our rooms was getting cleaned everyday
-our room was upgraded for free to a better room, which was nice

***my only bad experience was the spa and massage. first, the reception lady at spa spoke barely english.second, they charged 50 euros for a 40 min massage, while the only thing the masseuse was doing was robbing oil on my body! and I was affraid to ask her to increase the pressure because clearly she had no idea of what she was doing! for a moment I thought she was one of the regular staff in the hotel performing the massage! a total waste of money and time!

Stayed here in August, a bit far from the center, no problem for me, i took a bike everyday, so it was about 10-20 min away.

Pool area could be bigger and better furniture. Overall good quality. Spa is nice. So are the toilets and cleaning.

We stayed in a suite and upon arrival parked our car in the (free) parking lot of the hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcome at reception. The room was fantastic and the next morning we had a very good breakfast. The only downside is the location of the hotel, we knew this in advance and you cannot change the location of the hotel. On the other hand, the metro station Turro is within walking distance and with 2 euro you are in the centre of Milan. The only negative point is the WiFi. This is turtle speed. Forget Instagram or Facebook. WhatsApp only text is do-able. This is something the hotel do something about. Overall, we were very satisfied and would stay here again on a next occasion.
