A great and calm place to stay in Milan. Excellent rooms, services and breakfast. The staff is really good: the people are excellent professionals and they are very helpful. The only problem is that it is a little far from downtown, but the public transportation system in Milan is quite good, so it is easy to go to places. Besides that, taxi fares are very cheap, so we can always take one if we don't know which subway, tram or bus to take.

We chose this place because of its price point and when we arrived, we were extremely surprised at the excellent value. We can only confirm all of the other reviews: inside is very light and trendy and the rooms are extremely spacious with sofa, two writing desks, coffee machine plus kettle. The bathroom is massive with a bath to match. We thought this was 5 star with 4 star prices and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. Yes, it's slightly out of the city but part of the experience of staying in a city is mixing with the locals and seeing it from various vantage points: bus, tram or trolley car. We caught the bus and even on a Sunday, they came every 10 minutes and only cost 1,50 Euro each way. The hotel also provides complementary aperitifs and has a wonderful breakfast but for this, get in early as there are limited tables. The parking is a breeze with plenty of space. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if visiting Milano again.

Enjoyed Milan Suite Hotel even before getting there. Since this would be the last stop in our long trip along north of Italy and south of France, we contacted the hotel to ask them if they could receive and store one of our bags, letting us travel more light. Dominique promptly accepted, which was very kind. Thanks again.
I can't believe I paid only around 80 euros/day for such a place and I hope they will not raise their rates reading this. The room was huge, the bathroom was huge, the balcony... guess? Huge also! Not just big but also very confortable. The linens are soft, the shower is powerful, TV channels choice is endless. Name it, and it's all, at least, very good.
But keep in mind It's not located in the city center, otherwise it would cost about 10x more. But getting to the center is very easy. By bus almost in front of the hotel, or by tram in the next street. The front desk or "tabachis" sells the transportation tickets.
If you want to get the most out of your money, don't stay elsewhere: Milan Suite Hotel is the place to stick with.

This hotel offers great value for it's price point. It's a nice, trendy environment that feels high end without the high end pricing. Our room and bathroom was huge! Breakfast was great, with a combo of fresh fruit, baking/pastries, cheese, yogurt, bacon/sausage, etc. It's really easy to get downtown from here, using either the Tram or walking about 20 minutes to the Metro station. Service was attentive and always available. No complaints at all!

If you stay here, go to the L'Immagine restaurant about 3 minutes walk down the road on the right!! Dua Dai just before L'Immagine on the left is also pretty tasty, but lacks the atmosphere of L'Immagine.

We decided to visit Milan for a weekend and found this lovely hotel for less than 120 euros a night. When we arrived by car I have to admit t didnt look great from the outside but once inside it was a different story. The hotel is very close to the motorway has underground secure parking for 13 euros a day and a lift takes you directly to the hotel lobby. The reception staff were very helpful and showed us where to get the bus directly into the centre of Milan (15 mins) and also where to buy a ticket. The room was absolutely huge.. more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room with a big flat screen TV at the bottom of the king size bed. There was free tea and coffee in the room as well as a mini bar. The bathroom was also huge with a big double shower and bath tub. The whole room was decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Milan for few days or longer.

In Milan Suit Hotel “Aprile a Milano” is priceless experience! The hotel is wonderful and we loved everything about it. Fantastic designed rooms with comfortable bed and enormous bathroom with different spots for both hot tub and shower. I appreciated the description on the website about the size of the most economically priced room. Although the hotel is a little too far from the center and the most things (30 min by bus) the hotel itself is quite okay. We have stayed 4 nights and for us the travel to the center was not a problem. This is simple - the wonderful hotel. Actually, it was our first visit to Milan and we felt the Milan Suit Hotel insulated us somewhat from that is very large and very much alive city.
The excellent staff (speak excellent English, which is rare among Italians), were friendly, chic and provide excellent service and helpful with very respectful way to treat a customer all the time. The staff really puts a fabulous effort on making their guests feel like they're at home. The free snacks/ wine reception and the 24 coffee and tea are always great. Free Wi-Fi is always a plus too! All around, great place to stay.

One of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. Yes it is a little bit out of the centre of Milan, but don't let that put you off. It is only a 15/20 min train ride on the suburban rail into the centre of the city, and from there you can get the metro. I bought an 8 euro 50 48hr travel ticket which served me well. The suite itself was very modern and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and offered advice if I needed it. The only thing that let it down was the fact I couldn't get the TV to work, or the iPod dock. But I wasn't in Milan to watch tele, so didn't ask the staff for assistance.

A piece of advice though. Although Tram 1 is a direct service from the main station, I wouldn't bother catching it. It takes an hour and 35 stops. It's much quicker getting the metro and train!

Room Tip: The first floor rooms have a balcony.
