It has all the facilities you can expect from a stay in a hostel! The staff was helpful. Moreover, he location towards the metro is convenient although it takes some time to the city centre. The bathroom facilities are shared.

I was a guest at this hostel with a friend for three nights. While there we suffered an uncountable number of bites from bed bugs. I have backpacked all over central and South America and have never seen bed bugs like this.

This hostel was too uncomfortable for us to be able to sleep. The rooms were not secure as we shared a key with the other people in our room. At night it was too hot to close our room door anyway. The person working behind the front desk was asleep during the night and nothing was stopping someone from coming into the hostel. I know he was asleep because during the second night I went downstairs to show him my bites and tell him how hot it was upstairs. He picked himself up off the floor and rubbed his eyes before shrugging and saying nothing.

One night we were out until around 11 and came back to the hostel to find the door closed. There is a large sign asking patrons "Do not touch the door. Press the button." We rang the button for over 5 minutes while standing outside in the rain on the dark street. So, as anyone would, I pushed on the door. It slide right open! When we got upstairs the older gentleman working at the hostel yelled at us that we shouldn't touch the door. Needless to say- we won't be returning or recommending.

We stayed in Milan for 6 days (its a great option if you want to see other northern cities, it takes 3 hours to get to Venice by train (the cheapest one, and correspondindly, not the fastest one)). The hostel is not bad, although for its price it could be better (high season is responsible for the price i guess). Anyway, the only bad thing about it was its bathroom (there are 3 of them), sometimes there werent were clean and if you missed the chance to have shower until everybody woke up/came back to the hostel - you will have to wait. We lived in a room for 6 people, it could be bigger, but the great advantage of it was the balcony, it was amazing to sit there in the evening and talk. Although it was a gathering spot, so it could have been too noisy if you wanted to go to sleep early. The hostel is a little bit far from the city center, but in 4 metro stops from the central railway station. Another advice: there are lockers, but to ensure safety of your stuff you should bring your own lock. Also the internet worked not very well, but you are not going there to stay online days and nights, do you? :)

as its name implied its a hostel not a hotel. I chose to stay here for 1 night with my elderly parents as a last resort kind of thing, i tried to check the review still as I dont want to be in for a big surprise. Granted its a dormitory type, since we were 3 people staying there, we opted for the only available room which is for 5 people. I am with my Dad and Mom, we have 2 companies one is male and another female who are not related at all, I guess people who chose the dormitory type of stay are okay with them sharing rooms with with opposite sex, I am okay with it as there was no clause whatsoever that it should be a all girls room or boys room only and fortunately the 2 youngsters who stayed with us were both very nice people.
The hostel was located in a narrow street, but the taxi driver was able to find and navigate its way through it without any problem. When we arrived at 8:30 AM , the guy at the registration told us he cannot accomodate us as the room will still not be ready until 2 PM, I told him I requested for an early check in from the agoda site, but he just told us yes but the room is not ready. So I asked him If we can leave our luggages and go somewhere to chill before the room will be ready. He pointed us to the 2nd floor and told us to leave the luggages there, I thought it was a locker but it turned out its just a wooden cabinet without any lock, but no choice so we leftbthe luggages there.
There was no lift, just staircase. Not advisable for old people, or people with knee problems and cannot lift their luggages along the narrow staircases.
The fan in the room has a maximum speed of almost 1, you will sweat it out.
The beds, linens are clean. The common bathroom but this time male and female has separate bathroom are clean.
The location from the tourist attraction is about 20 mins walk or you can take the bus across the street to take you to the Metro, and from there you can go anywhere.
The hostel can call you a cab to go to the airport or train station. The staff are accomodating and will tell you as it is and tried their best despite their limited resources.

I rarely say this about places but I definitely won't be going back here! So hot I couldnt sleep, a bathroom shared between a whole floor and in a pretty run down area. The staff didn't speak Rnglish and I had to type in to google translate for him, and the directions were awful - it was late at night and I was on my own and lost because they didn't know the difference between left and right!

This place was a hostel which we chose solely based on its price and reasonable reviews on TripAdvisor. The location was not that good and was a good 5-10 minutes’ walk from the nearest subway line. It was also located in a side street that appeared quite dodgy at night with its poor lighting. There was no lift so we had to climb six flights of stairs to get to our room on the 3rd floor. The staff were fairly helpful and tried to book us a ticket online to see Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Supper but because of our late arrival, was unsuccessful. Wifi was not free unfortunately and cost 5 euros for 24 hours’ access. The bathroom was shared and reasonably clean but slightly smelly and the toilet had no toilet seat. The shower pressure was good and the toilets flushed well, but unfortunately the bathmat was shared. The room was warm, very basic and smelt of cigarette smoke. Being a hostel, there was no TV, no phone, only one power point, and they provided you with a bad-quality towel and shampoo. However, the beds were clean and comfortable with no signs of bed bugs or rodents despite the hotel being a 1 star hotel. Overall, this hotel was just acceptable and a fair option for those desperate for cheap short-term accommodation in this busy city.

The hostel didn't have the most comfortable rooms, the beds weren't very comfortable and the linens did not fit the bed and were uncomfortable. The toilets also didn't have toilet seats. It was a bit of a walk for the metro as well. However the staff was very friendly and helpful so that made up for it a bit.
