We stayed 3 nights in a Superior room for a good rate of just under 200 euros which for the location, steps away from the Duomo, was pretty good. The room was large and had a comfortable bed, large double glazed windows which could be opened onto a small balcony and an excellent bathroom with shower as well as tub. The in room amenities were all that could be wishes: tea & coffee, minibar (expensive), safe, bathrobe, slippers and everything you could think of in the form of toileteries - very useful with hand baggage restrictions. The hotel is small with hardly any lobby and a tiny but comfortable sitting area with bar. Breakfast is only served in the room and not included in room rate but there are so many great bars and pastry shops in the area that we preferred to eat out. No free wifi - pity as most hotels of this category offer it.
The young staff members were friendly & jolly and always on hand to help.
Location is perfect , Metro station green and yellow line 1 minute away. We travel fairly regularly to Milan and I think we will most definitely return to UNA Maison.

Room Tip: Our room 251 looked onto the busy street but was very quiet. Although just a standard superior it was large and comfortable.

To choose UNA Maison Milano was a good decision.
The small hotel can not be located in a more central and more convenient place in Milan, like this: some ten meters from the Piazza Duomo (the square of the Dom).
In spite of central location - we have not been distrubed by the noice of the street.
We stayed in a nice room, which has ben designed with a good taste, featuring practically all necessary things, you may need in a hotel room.
The staffs are young, and want to help you in all your needs.
The prices however are higher than I think to be proportional, and the time for some face-lifting has also come...

We stayed at the UNA Maison Milano after reading many posting on not only Tripadvisor, but several other sites as well. I have to say, we were not disappointed.

We arrived at the airport and took the airport shuttle bus into the city. It arrived at the Central train station. There we caught the metro and got off at the Duomo stop which ended up being right aound the corner from the hotel. (If we can do it, anyone can! However, if you have quite a bit of luggage this might not be a great option.) With our early arrival we were met with a friendly staff who offered to hold our bags and have them delivered to our room when ready. A map with restaurants, areas to visit and a time frame to return was then given to us. After getting something to eat we returned and found our room ready as promised.

Our room was on the third floor, but they do have an elevator. It was very spacious, smartly decorated and had a small balcony. The bath would be considered large by any hotel standards. There was a nice size tub and separate shower. A king size bed that was extremely comfortable with nice linens was also a treat. While true they don’t offer free Wi-Fi, we found a free hotspot along the Piazza del Duomo at a small convenience store.

With the city transit system, the hotel is perfectly located. It is literally steps away from the Duomo, Galleria and many other sites and restaurants. The nice part was that you could walk just a few blocks either way of the Duomo and be out of the touristy area. We loved that!

After a day of touring the city we arrived to find a lovely fresh fruit platter in our room that was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay in Milan was everything it could be and more.

Thank you for making our stay one to remember. We will be back to visit again.

We only stayed in Milan one night but the UNA Maison was a perfect choice for us. It's in a great location within walking distance to everything in the center of Milan (except perhaps The Last Supper) and although the small hotel itself doesn't have a kitchen, the extremely helpful staff directed us to nearby restaurants and cafes.

Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Milan.
