The Hub hotel has a great service from check in to check out. The food and breakfast is also very good. We dident have much time to check out the spa facilitys. But the pool is nice, with a great view! Unfortunaly the water in the pool was ice cold. I hope you can heat it up a bit, because it is a great pool and nice to chill there afther a long day of shopping etc.

The rooms are trendy and moderne and the bathroom have a great standard!

Overall a very good hotel, but a little too far from the centre of milan. When that is said, the hotel was very helpful to shuttle us back and forth to the train station. We just called the reseption and minutes later we got picket up. !

Flew from Dublin Airport into Bergamo, got bus from the airport to milan central station and it cost 20 euro in a taxi to the hotel.
The hotel is situated in between various industrial estates and the nearest restaurant on foot is a five minute walk but is next door to a waste management plant, didn't pop in to try the food there!
The area is run down and dreary.
The facilities in the hotel are good, WIFI is free, GYM,pool, Sauna and Steam room are all nice.
Found the staff to be disinterested and felt conned when I was asked to pay for breakfast on checkout. I had paid for breakfast to be included with the room but because we did not eat it at their buffet bar, we had to pay 80 euro. The breakfast that arrive at our room was cold and half cooked.

Seeing as there are no nearby restaurants, we decided to eat in the hotels restaurant.
They inflate the prices because they know there is no alternative unless you get a taxi.
The food was inedible. I ordered what was described as lamb ribs and got what tasted and looked like a batter burger that had been dipped in liquorice with a bone hanging out of it. It was literally the worst thing I had ever attempted to eat and cost 38 euro.
My girlfriend ordered black ravioli pasta stuffed with goats cheese which showed up at our table after I had finished my main course. It tasted like leather and for some reason had the same liquorishy taste as the lamb batter burger.
That meal cost us 80 euro with just two drinks and despite returning both main courses with all the food on the plate we had to pay the full bill.
Food was so bad it made us laugh but paying for it wasn't so much fun.

Shuttle bus service drops you to a train station which is only a ten minute walk away. You can get the train into the center in about 10 minutes.
The room was very nice and was cleaned everyday when we left.
Definitely would not go back to this hotel. Paid 500 euro for a three night stay and felt we were milked for what other money they could get out of us.
Their shuttle bus driver also told us that we would pay 50 euro at most for our taxi back to Bergamo aiirport, we trusted him and ended up having to pay 120 euro.

My husband and I stayed at the hub for 6 nights in September. location not so great but with the shuttle service Milan central was about 30 mins away. Room was fantastic, with contemporary furnishing and aesthetics. Staff courteous. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I were in Milan for one night with our baby in August 2011, and this hotel was a secret gem! The rooms are new and comfy very clean, with a helpful staff. The breakfast was unusually great for Italy. The location was convenient to the highway but very quiet! We were able to get in and out of the center easily and within a few minutes. I recommend this hotel to people with cars who want to avoid noise and also get a good deal with a great breakfast.

Booked after viewing Trip Advisor & the place did not disappoint at all!
Travelled with Family with two children. The location is a complete eyesore but it does not take it away from faultless Hotel with very good practices & the Staff were par excellent.

We asked for a room with interconnecting but were given a deluxe & standard room where our children enjoyed mainly in the evening watching TV in well controlled air conditioned rooms.

The Breakfast in the morning were mostly excellent served in a large restaurant. The Staff kept refilling all drinks, fruits & hot food. There was plently for everybody staying in the Hotel. We took late breakfast but it was open to 10.30am.

The Staff provided excellent service in the Reception especially Georgia. She gave us the idea of going to Lake Como, which we did twice. The children loved the trips to Argeggno & Lenno. The Bus journey was worth the view of incredible Lakes & Mountains!!

Take the shutlle service (24/7) to Chertosa or Bovisa depending on your ambition in travelling. Brilliant & punctual transport system coupled with cheap fares. Hotel operates Shuttle free so tip drivers.

But do use the Hotel Spa & enjoy the Bar & Garden in the evening, brilliant.
Completely safe, my Son was free to use Gym, Swimming, Computer room without any restrictions or hindrance. Milan is very safe but unbelivably expensive. Really for people with money but you can still eat sensibly.

Great City break with trips to Lake very tiring with over 36 degree but incredibly enjoyable & last day the Hotel again Lowendy, recptionist obliged us a late departure without extra charge & corteous driver taking us to Bovisa wishing safe journey home.

Holiday wih adventure & living outside comfort zone but really memorable!

Room Tip: Just don't be afraid to ask if rooms are available either on top floors quite!

This is a quality hotel that provides a high quality experience. It is very modern and stylish and the facilities are very high spec. The staff are courteous and efficient. The Hub offers better service and facilities than city centre hotels for the same price. The shuttle service is efficient and means you're about 30 minutes from the city centre

Spent a couple of days here during 2 very hot days in August. Very modern and the customer service is excellent (most of the time).

Dont be put off by the distance from the city, the shuttle service is very regular to the train station and to make it even easier you can buy your train ticket from reception.

The room was very nicely decorated, however, there was a bit of strange stench when we first went into the room. Also, find it strange that in a 4star hotel, you cannot control your aircon, reception have to change your settings.

All in all, lovely hotel. Make use of the Pool and Sauna
