Great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Drove here from the UK on a road-trip of Europe, parked outside the gates of the hotel. Nothing in the immediate area but the shuttle service was absolutely fantastic, picked us up after a night out within 5-10 minutes, they really will bend over backwards for you to ensure you have a good time here. Spa and Pool were very nice. Rooms are a nice size, spotless and well equipped. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Only negatives would be the distance from city centre (but that's made quite clear before you book, and with the shuttle service this can be overlooked as a negative) and also the bathroom in our particular room had an unpleasant odour which has been mentioned earlier it seems ( didn't bother us too much however).

I would stay here again and have recommended it to several people.

Well this is one place that definitely is leaving me with mixed feelings albeit strong ones as can be evidenced by the fact that I am actualy writing this while still here wishing I were somewhere else. To start off with I did read the previous tripies (code word for Tripadviser gurus) reviews about this property and the distance from the city....HEED the warning this property is FAR from downtown. We flew into Malsapena and from there it is a quick train ride to Bovisa train station will the hotel will pick you up...thank goodness it was quick as the train station there isquestionable and the outside is filthy!! When they came to pick us up the driver was friendly and quickly helped put our bags in and take us away. The minute that you realize the scenery does not change except to go from bleak to bleaker you will be better off mentally. Once we pulled in we were well pleased to know the bleakness was resticted to the outside surrounding area..make no mistake folks, this hotel IS IN an industrial park strangely enough although we were told the area is being revamped ala convention center upscale over the next few years. Once inside the hotel the desk staff was amazing as is the decor. This hotel is gorgeous and interior wise would be very well suited for the sleekness of Milan...downtown Milan. The furniture is cool and upbeat designer oh lala. They have created a magnificient outdoor lounge area and were smart enough to enclose it somewhat from the depressing street it fronts. The room was amazing and very spacious and the bathroom exquisite with stone walls and hardwood floors throughout. Plush bathrobes and cosy slippers were provided and welcomed as the floors could get a little nippy and here is where I do as well...the temperature of your room is contolled by the desk who will adjust it if you call down..I hate having to bother anyone so it annoyed me to have to ask for the heat to be bumped up several times. The room was SPOTLESS and I loved the motorized shades. The viwe of the highway was hideous but the windows were sparkly clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets crisp and blindingly white pristine. The rooftop heated (and yes it was deliciously warm) pool was AMAZING as were the indoor sauna..best we have ever been to and the Hamman with icy plunge pool and a jacuzzi tube you could lie on a rack in...sounds weird but was MAGNIFICIENT as well as the tea offered in this area. They do have a full service spa which we did not use but am sure would have been incredible given the other areas of the hotel. The free Wifi is a great additive. The bar and restaurant seemed pricey and we did not patronize either. There is a supermarket that the shuttle will take you to that serves hotmeals and has a cafe and honestly I wish we had know about it sooner because it was nice to have drinks and snacks in the fridge to save a few euros. Overall the hotel istself should be a four star property, is great for business travelers or those who want to hang a Do Not Disturb sign and vegout. It would be good for an escape but not for a tourist trip to see Milan. For us to get to the city we needed to take the shuttle to the Certosa train station than take a train to a transfer stop than take another train to downtown Milan. We were only in Milan for two days and after doing that the first day we decided to relax in and sleep in the second day because frankly we just couldn"t justify doing the transfer thing again. This was our second time in Milan so we felt we didn"t feel cheated as our first time we didn"t overly enjoy but loved the hotel ..Hotel Berna , we stayed at. The breakfast was fantastic with great variety. If they provided a shuttle from hotel to downtown they would be a 5 all around!! Overall the shuttle (who quite literally were at our beck and call) and desk did everything they could to make our stay and isolation as pleasant as possible but the location is impossible.

Room Tip: Spend the extra and do a deluxe room, you won"t regret it...was very spacious and we have a Nes...

This hotel was good and stylish, but quite far from the city center.
I was there for a trade show and they offered a free shutlle bus which was helpful and also another one to pick me up where the airport bus left me. Service over all was really good.

The hotel also had entertaiment music and bars which is a good option if you stay there.
I think it is good for business, but I wouldn't pick it for visiting the city as it's far away.

Very modern, sleek style hotel. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent standard of service. Room was clean, well equipped - great view of the city.

It's a bit out of the way, but the shuttle bus service was brilliant - it picked us up from the Metro station, and dropped us back there when we left. Not only that, but for the football match we went to see at the San Siro, they dropped us and picked us up at the right station for that one too.

The gym and pool on the top floor had amazing views over the city, although we didn't get time to use it but it looked fantastic.

Breakfast was very high quality. There was a limited amount of hot food - smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was fine, but not a proper British fry up. Very good continental buffet selection and the morning we were there - a live saxophone player!

Overall very pleased and will be going back with the family.

Room Tip: 7th floor had excellent views - go higher for better.

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 days.It was very nice experience for us with my friend.very clean and lovely presentation of the hotel.I was so impress with most of the staff were very helpful and understanstanding. We were so impress with the foods from butter to pastries and everything. We had the best hotel breakfast ever but the only downside is that the location which is quite far from the city although there shuttle bus were very good but still we found it very difficult to contact them everytime we r going out and back, plus we always have trouble using phones for obviously we are using international phone from the UK which our bill for using our UK mobiles were quite big but all in all it was so nice to stay in this Hotel.

The hotel is really nice and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and well equipped. It provides a fantastic shuttle service free of charge to the train station and will pick you up when you arrive back. Breakfast was lovely, the only grumble I would have is that when the hotel provided appertisers that they let everyone have some, it just seemed that the locals and other nationals got looked after first.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, absolutely wonderful facilities (pool, gym, shuttle, friendly stuff, wifi)
Hotel might not have been in the centre of Milan, but it only took us 15 min there by public transport (Certosa) so not bad at all. Hotel shuttle was running at request to and from the train station (Bovisa & Certosa excellent service). There is plenty of parking places on the street next to the hotel -no need for garage parking (15 euros per day) if you have rent a car.
The hotel was clean, the room was nice and the staff was great (although i have reserved a double non- smoking room, they sent me to a two single beds non smoking and finally i went to double room smoking area).
On the top floor will find the mid-sized swimming pool with a very nice view on Milan, a small sized fitness room and spa room.
The only problem that i can see is the prices of the restaurant, mini bar and garage parking.
The ratio price / quality was extremely good, you can not expect more in Milano.
Thank you very much. Would highly recommend to anyone:)))))
