“Great location, clean and helpful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2012

We arrived very early in the morning and finally got to the hotel. It isn't easy to find but it is within easy walking distance of the train station. We had to wait to get into our rooms but the staff was helpful and gave us coffee and pastries and we were able to wait in their breakfast area. I would stay here again. Our son was with us and he had his own area with a comfortable single bed.

I found this hotel to be comfortable, luxurious and welcoming all at the same time which is never an easy thing to pull off. The location is amazingly convenient-5 minute walk to Duomo or castle in either direction. Luca at check-in was the most in-depth and honest hotel staff I've ever met about what to do and not to do whilst in Milan. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was extraordinarily quiet and the bathroom was elegant. Breakfast was efficient, smartly Italian and full of options. I would stay again in an instant.

Two couples were recently in Milan for one night before flying back to the US following a 2 week vacation in France and Italy. We arrived on the train and took an inexpensive cab ride to the hotel. We arrived early but Stephano directed us to a place for lunch and kept our bags. When we returned he had upgraded us to nicer rooms and got us situated. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are spacious as well. The location is very central. Stephano made dinner suggestions and booked us a car to Malpensa airport for early the next morning.

We had a half day tour with a local company that happened to be right up the street from the hotel. The rooms were stuffy so we turned on the AC so that the room would cool down when we returned from our tour. In fact, Stephano even went with our friend to his room as the AC didn't seem to be working and reset the tripped fuse. After our tour and dinner we returned to the hotel to find that our rooms had not cooled off at all. We were told by the young woman at the desk that the AC had been turned off on Oct. 18 in the entire building and that there was nothing they could do about it. We ended up opening windows and the room cooled off around 2am. When we got up at 5:30am for our flight we were covered in mosquito bites. I chose this hotel based on the reviews from Trip Advisor and because their own website claimed that each room has AC and individual controls. Additionally the website says the rooms have wifi and we were never able to access the wifi.

This hotel is lovely. I can not give it a 5 star rating because of the AC issue. It should be noted that the AC is only available from May to October.

Everything was oké but to the minimum , we expected some form of kitchen , there was only
coffee machine. Also no extra room for dinning. This was a other part of the hotel.

Arrived early and jet lagged into Milan airport, followed by a train strike, and a push to get onto a bus into the city.
We arrived too early for our room, but the Hotel let us drop our bags while we did a bit of sight-seeing, and then upgraded us to a suite, and allowed an early check-in.
The room was spacious, well presented, with a sofa, kitchenette etc.
We only stayed one night, and did utilise all the facilities.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff were very helpful. Hotel was in a very convenient position, close to all major sights.
Would definitely stay again if in Milan.

We were only in Milan a couple of days but really enjoyed Camperio House. From the entry door, courtyard and grand staircase you could feel the history. The apartment however was very modern and stylish. It was also spacious with high ceilings.
All the key features of a hotel were there too, from reception staff to room cleaning. Doubt they have room service, but who needs it with a fully equipped kitchen? There is a grocery shop a few blocks away, but it is not open late so plan in advance!

Location was superb, just off the Via Dante and so close to everything. Even with a 3 year old we walked everywhere without any difficulty.

Breakfast and WiFi were included, which was quite nice.

In sum, a great higher-end kind of place.

We recently spent 3 days in Milan. Stefano, the young man at the desk was extremely helpful and the room we had which was upgraded to a suite, was superb. The breakfast is everything you could want, particularly the fruit salads and pastries. It is in a quiet, yet very central part of the city and a short walk to the city centre. Take the Malpensa express train to Cadorna station from the airport then a one stop metro train. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wishes to visit Milan for one day or even for an extended time.
