This hotel is fantastic value for money, if your looking to stay near Sirmione but on a cheaper budget this is the right hotel. It was a great location just over the road from the lake and a short walk into the town and close to the bus station if guests want to travel around the lake or into Verona. The breakfast they served was great and gave a wide ranging choice - there really was something for everyone. The staff were friendly and polite and rooms were very clean. Highly recommend!

I spent one night at the hotel, my family and I stayed in the outhouse, which is a 2 minutes walk from the main building and just a few metres from the lake (you can even hear it at night). The hotel is quite far from the city centre but very close to the bus stop.
The outhouse is an old building flanked by a restaurant and an ice cream parlour. The room itself is not bad, the furniture is either cheap or old (not unexpected since it's a two star hotel), but it's not very clean, with dust and cobwebs littering the place and it could also prove to be a bit dangerous if you're tall.
All in all, it wasn't bad, but I was glad I was only staying one night.

We had a nice, clean room with rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed a nice view. The room was decorated in Italian style. Breakfast was okay. It took us 25 minutes to walk to downtown. When the weather is good, no problem. Beach is accessible by 4 minutes walk. The staff is very polite and nice.
