The brothers that run this place are great. You have to try the 6 corurse meal. The serving sizes are pared down so that you can get all the way through. We started with a salmon dish that was very fresh and tastey. Followed by cooked ricotta toped with endive and some micro salad greens and an amazing sauce. Then de-constructed lasagna. Think about 3 silver dollar sized noodle rolls that are about in inch tall with a pesto filling parm sauce underneath and a parm foam on top. Next was a soup with a clear consume and a fish filled ravoli. Then we had the most delicious piece of Umbrino fish caught in the lake and prepared very simplely. We finished off with a cherry tart with a lemon cram sauce on the side. WOW!!
