firstly thank you for choosing to stay at the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel for your recent holiday and for sharing your experience through TripAdvisor.
We are very sorry to read we didn't meet your expectations.
As usual, I've conducted my internal investigation to try to better understand the events.
Your stay lasted 14 nights with 2 rooms bought by points.
The "green choice" nights have been 11, in fact the program says the guest may participate in this program for up to three consecutive days.
Nevertheless our housekeeper confirms on all the 11 "green choice" days, the chambermaids have replenished water, empty the paper basket and changed the bath towels, as per Sheraton quality standard.
Furthermore each three days, both the rooms have had full housekeeping with the total linen change, as per program standard.
In the end, I' ve checked on your bill the deduction of Euro 110 (equal to Euro 5 credit per each room for the 11 "green choice"nights), as per program standard and guest choice.
On the second room booked as room only, as per agreement with our General Manager, has been charged breakfast for one person only, instead of two.
We are sorry again for the experienced dissatisfaction, since customer satisfaction is our main focus.
