We are spoilt in England with Indian restaurants so coming to Namaste was a nice experience but I would never rate as my top Indian.
Like all restaurants it adapts to the country it is in and I knew Italians are not into hot food but I made a mistake and ordered the madras which was not hot at all, the taste however was nice. Tip...Order hotter than you normally would.
70 euro got us 2 large Indian beers a bottle of water, 2 mixed starters (good value), Sheekh lamb Kebab (Ok but a bit dry), Korma Curry (watery), chicken madras (medium), 1 rice, nan and keema nan (both good), extra raita and mango chutney, rice dessert and a coffee plus a grappa on the house,
Many people around us were led by the owners and ordered the set dinners (lamb, fish, vegetarian or chicken) 22-26 euro and to be honest what I saw they looked to be a good option particularly for those unsure what to eat.
I will definitely return and try some different things and order a some hotter options.
Note for the 'home' indian chefs, come early as there is a small supermarket attached selling spices
