“Great place for wine tasting”
Reviewed November 30, 2013

This was definitely the highlight of our afternoon in Bellagio. We did the wine tasting which was a perfect way to sample some of the local wines. We also had the plate with several different types of meat and cheese. It was really good! This place is really cool inside, small but that adds to the experience. Great place!

“Simply amazing!”
Reviewed September 22, 2013 via mobile

One of the most charming restaurants I've been to. Great selection of local wine, excellent and friendly service, and fantastic little bites to nibble on. We got the cold cuts and cheese plate, which was tasty and a good value. The local honey they serve with the cheese is to die for. Also got the seafood sampler which featured 3 different types of fish right out of lake Como. The smoked chub pate was outstanding and something I won't soon forget. This is what Italy's all about!

“Italy Summed Up!”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

My boyfriend and I happened to stumble upon this place as we were exploring the very beautiful Bellagio.

We were quite early, so the place was very quiet. We were welcomed by the owner, who provided us with menus and recommended us some authentic Italian Presseco, also giving us some background about where/how it was made.

We ordered a salmon dish, bread, olives and the cheese/meat platter - everything wasabsolutely perfect. A Michelin Star will never compare to this place. It was quite clear that every last ingredient in that place was carefully selected by someone who really has a passion. Everything was authentic to Lake Como, even the one pasta dish.

I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone and everyone. I would recommend going early as possible to avoid the large crowds.

Will certainly be returning.

“Lovely place to sip away an afternoon”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

This is a great little "wine cave" only a few hundred metres from the ferry port. Hundreds of wines to try and buy - they ship internationally. We purschsed 1 round of tasters (you can choose red/white split and how many) had fun talking to the manager. Then the owner came on a shift change and he was so nice we stayed and purchased another round as well as some food. I mentioned where my mother was from and he found me some wine to taste from that region. Did not want to leave and get the ferry back to Mennagio - what an awesome place!

“Love this place!”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

This quaint little wine cave should not be missed when visiting Bellagio! Perfect place to have a glass of wine and appetizer before dinner or afterwards as great way to end an evening. Norberto was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing wines! We will recommend this to any and all friends visiting Bellagio!
