“1st class”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2014

Staff, food, wine, cocktails.

This is the stand out bar in Bellagio and we happily spent most of our nights here.

The bar has a heavy focus in wine, which suited us, but the food was equally wonderful. The Casola sensational. But most importantly the staff were most welcoming and remembered our faces every night.

“Very good enoteca-style eatery”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2014

We had lunch here based on the TA reviews and had a really good meal. We simply ate cheese and meat in an antipasti / tapas style whilst enjoying a couple of glasses of wine. The food was good and the staff passionate about what they served. A great little find.
PS - it is set back from the shores of the lake and you have to ascend quite a few steps to find it.
PPS - it wasn't cheap at approx. £55 for the 2 of us, but I suspect that's partly because Bellagio is so popular with tourists?

“Great wine bar”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 29, 2014

This place has an excellent collection of wine. The staff is knowledgable and can help guide you to wines you will love. The ambiance is very hip and cellar is worth a visit. We stopped by multiple times during our trip.

“"Super wine bar"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2014

It is not a stereotypical restaurant rather it is a very intimate, youthful and

pleasant, small wine bar. It is on the top of the steep pedestrian precinct of

Bellagio. When we enter wine bar we can feel pleasant smell of cheese in the

air of wine bar. Having small tables everybody talks by high-spirited therefore

this restaurant seems a little bit noisy. But it doesn’t disturb anybody rather this

place is very interesting because of this noisy atmosphere. Selection of wines

and grappas is excellent and you must taste the Grappa of Brunello. The meals

are very delicious and they are chosen to wine bar. Fortunately this place is open

long hours therefore you can go having lunch and dinner, there is no siesta time.

Most traditional Italian restaurants take siesta time. If you wish food picking

besides delicious drinking, you had better choose this restaurant. However you

would like to have dinner at a classical restaurant, you won’t choose it.
