This restaurant is located next to a lovely chapel and boat harbor along the edge of Lake Como and offers indoor or outdoor dining experiences. Would recommend eating on the terrace outdoors under the vine-covered trellises if weather permits. Many locals all around and a meal at sunset can be memorable. The meal and dessert, complemented by wine, were all excellent. Food was high quality, prepared to perfection and be sure and leave room for dessert. May need a reserve for evening dining, but go anyway - it's worth the wait.

This restaurant was recommended by a local and it was wonderful. The restaurant was a short walk out of Bellagio down by the water and was a beautiful space filled with locals enjoying the wonderful food. We enjoyed the special of risotto with fresh white truffles perfectly matched to wine. A wonderful night, great service and very reasonably priced. Our only regret was it was our last night in Bellagio so we couldn't go back the following evening.

We stumbled across this very charming restaurant after exploring the gardens of Villa Meltzi (a must see!) Our lunch was so delicious, relaxing and romantic in the lovely outside courtyard, there was only 4 other people dining in the courtyard and they were all locals, which is always a good sign. Highly recommended for lunch. You have to try the truffle rissotto!

Having walked through the beautiful gardens of Villa Meltzi we stumbled across this restaurant. We were the first to sit outside for lunch. The staff were very attentive and the food was the best we had eaten in Italy, or anywhere else in recent months. I had tender veal wrapped in olive and ewe cheese and Pete had sea bass- fantastic. I would recommend finding this restaurant if you are visiting the Lake.

We found this restaurant having walked through the beautiful Villa Meltzi gardens earlier in the day. We were celebrating a family 70th birthday and decided to come back for dinner later that evening. We were not disappointed the staff were very professional and knowledgeable, were attentive without being overbearing and made a couple of very nice gestures as they knew it was a birthday. We sat inside as it was a cool evening although had noticed that the restaurant also has a nice covered area outside. Our food without exception was excellent the restaurant also included a couple of free unusual appetizers (one of which included nettles) which we very much enjoyed. We all ate from the menu of the day and had courses including risotto with truffle and meat and fish dishes and delicious puddings. In our view this is a special restaurant and somewhere to go if you want a real treat as it was for us.

As this restaurant is slightly out of Bellagio and we would recommend that you take a taxi in the evening as once the Villa Meltzi is closed the walk to it is along a a well used road without a pavement. Our hotel arranged a taxi which cost 10 euros each way for 5 of us and the restaurant arranged for it to collect us when we were ready.
