“Great Churches”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

You must see both churches off the main square, great examples of Italian church opulence. Seems every Italian Church has its own artistic masterpieces.

“perfect place”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

it was a bit hard to walk all the way up but definitelly worth a visit, ecspecially if you get there to see sunset. Beautiful! The only problem near the wall - if you sit on a bench you cannot see all city (because the wall is a bit too high). There was also a funicular we but discovered it later, when we already were up the hill.

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

This is definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in Bergamo. Take the 'funicolare' up to the city - it only takes a couple of minutes. The views are beautiful, and walking through the cobbled streets and into the main square you will find many lovely shops/restaurants. The churches and museums are lovely to visit.

“La Citta Alta”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

We liked very much the small village during the Christmas holidays. The only negative point was the access with the car. The parking is limited and expensive.
