Stayed 3 nights.
Wrongs - WiFi only available in public areas, which is a little strange.
We must have been unlucky with our room. Previous post states "rooms recently refurbished" not this one. Large enough and a comfortable bed but pillows not great. The shower over bath leaked through the side panel seal onto the bathroom floor causing a flood. The thermostat knob fell off and the toilet seat hinges broken, making the seat loose. The seal and thermostat were repaired but the toilet seat was not.
We were offered a change of room but opted for the repairs to be carried out whilst out to avoid re-packing.
The room was relitively clean apart from the odd cobweb.
Rights - Reception staff especially are very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast is fine for Italy but (the coffee arrangement is bizarre. It's made before you arrive for breakfast so a total lottery if it is hot or cold)
Air conditioning in the room is excellent, it is so quiet, you do not realise it is on.
The Hotel is in a good location, close to the rail and bus station and shops. The old part of the City (Citta Alta) is about a 10 minute walk.
Despite the few niggles, we would stay here again.
