We enjoyed seeing the variety of plants here - very varied covering many zones. Cafe by the sea lovely. Not for those with walking issues

We visited in September and possibly most flowers had gone over by then. The gardens are large and on a steep slope so this isn't a good stop for those with limited mobility. The Palazzo was quite attractive externally but not open to the public. The gardens run down to the sea but this isn't exploited by the management as you can only see it though the small gates ! Very large specimen list perhaps of more interest to major gardening buffs than the average tourist.

No parking so expect a long walk to the gate once you find somewhere to stop unless very lucky.

A lovely few hours spent here - probably not looking its best at the end of August but still very grand and for gardeners its a real treat. We took a picnic which we had on the terrace of the palace. Lovely.

We visited in August. If you are passionate about cactii, you'll enjoy it, but in the height of summer there is shortage of flowery interest for the non-specialist. Signage is poor. At the bottom of the gardens is a rather seedy restaurant run by sour staff. The toilets there are poorly maintained and best avoided by those of sensitive disposition.
