Description: In 1963 the young sammargheritese Ermanno Simonetti decided to open a bar-gelateria involving her family in what was his passion for producing homemade ice cream.His goal has always been to create a superior product, made exclusively from fresh, natural ingredients: milk, cream, eggs, sugar and fresh fruit.From this base are born great many other tasty products: zuccotto, truffles, meringue, mandarin filled with ice cream, frozen desserts and ice cream cakes.Since 2010, our ice cream is produced in the new and increasingly large laboratory site in Santa Margherita, which allows in a modern facility to recreate every day, with the old recipe of Herman, the ice cream to be allocated to our stores.
