How nice it must have been, back in the old days! Very nice villa and wonderful gardens with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea. Great spot to spend a day.

The villa is situated in one of the best spots in Santa Margherite Ligure on a hill with great views. You walk up through the gardens that are now a park.
The Villa is really worth seeing so you can understand how the wealthy families used to live. It was used as a hotel for a short time but restored to a private home after that and has some lovely art work and furniture.

I was told by one of the waitresses to come to this place.
I was pleasantly surprised by the walk through the park.
When you get to the top you have some nice views.
I went inside the church which was nice and enjoyable.
Would come again just for the walk.

We visited this lovely Villa that was built in 1678 during a Windstar Destination Discovery afternoon event. We were treated to a Pesto Demo and Tasting and also a tour of the Villa and garden. The food was excellent and the staff was accommodating. There were beautiful paintings on the ceiling and intricate mosaic stone work in the garden. Lovely location for a wedding, which one was taking place in an area of the garden.

We attended a private event at the Villa as part of our cruise on Windstar's Star Legend. Loved this location - was a bit of a hike to get up to - but had lovely views and was a beautiful place for our luncheon!
