What a wonderful restaurant. Amazing service with fresh, honest and beautifully presented food. The highlight of my trip thus far. I had their Ligurian pasta special, tortellini filled with homemade pesto and walnut/pinenut sauce. Then grilled seafood. It was all so carefully prepared and done with obvious love. Can all restaurants aspire to this standard. 2 courses plus wine and water 49€. Great value

This is an average place to stay and on the most part pretty unremarkable. There are good and bad points to all hotels however I seemed to notice the gap more clearly here. The good points are. The location, the hotel is right on the sea and there are wonderful views from various points around the property it is just a short walk into town, there is a pool area which looked very nice although on this occasion we did not use it, the staff seemed very nice and the public areas were kept very clean. On the down side, I seriously resented paying 12 euros for the use of a sun lounger on an area of concrete allocated as the hotels private beach. There are deck chairs which are free to use but they are set back away from the water. The private beach was in fact an area of concrete next to the sea, there was a small area which had sand but it was perhaps 30 feet long and not suitable to sit on. I also did not like the idea of paying for fresh orange juice at breakfast. It just seemed tight. The air conditioning was ineffective and the rooms were tired.

It's a bit hidden, just behind the municipality with no wiew whatsoever. It's not that elegant yet clean and proper. If you enjoy the food do not miss this place. Every dish is excellent, especially the fish which is always fresh and perfectly prepared.

Covered garden was lovely, and was the funny and very chatty waiter. Delicious meal...Enjoyed everything we ordered, especially my pasta with fresh mussels and clams.
