Only a short walk from the station, this apartment was perfect for two couples travelling together. The apartment block is very secure & the lift was excellent. There are two bedroom areas or 'wings', both with bathrooms & that are each separated by a door, providing privacy. Giuseppe was wonderful to deal with, so welcoming & gave us lots on information about the apartment & places to eat & shop. We were even left a bottle of local wine & biscuits. The balcony is what made this perfect for us. A fabulous place to sit, eat & enjoy a glass of wine. Great views too! All in all we were very happy with this apartment.

Location is perfect for walking to the downtown easy access to the train station and ferry. We had a wonderful stay at the CASA EMY, Giuseppina always responded quickly and booking the apartment was very easy. We were pleasantly surprised with Rapallo, people were friendly, it's safe and very quiet at night and now at the top of my list as one of my favorite places in Italy!

The apartment is well situated for the town, shops, station and sea front.
The great thing about the apartment is the large balcony and the spacious rooms. Everything worked well , we had a problem with the kettle on arrival but Guisy provided a new one within minutes.
I stayed for a month and felt very much at home. I had several friends come to stay during the month . It was good that we could go toour separate areas , each with ensuite bathrooms and close off completely from each other.
Guisy could not have been more helpful.
I would definitely look to stay there again the future.

A very spacious well appointed apartment located close to the station and tthe great town of Rapallo

This apartment provided us with exactly what we required. It is very comfortable, spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen and good sized bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable, and there is plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. It is spotlessly clean. Access to the apartment block is very secure and a lift is available. Its location was perfect for what we needed. The very attractive town centre is very close, with the train station and ferries within very easy walking distance. Although close to the town centre, there was little noise at night and the area was very pleasant. There were two things that especially made this apartment perfect for us. First of all was the garage where we could safely leave our car, in fact we only took it out one day during our stay. The other was the balcony. This is huge, with space for a table and chairs to eat outside, and still room for relaxing seats. It has an awning which can be wound down for shade in the hottest part of the day, but again still plenty of space for sitting in the sun as well. We spent quite a bit of time out here, prior to our stay we had been travelling and needed time to relax. The views from the balcony, over the town and the hills were beautiful. The owner is a delightful young woman, she was very helpful to us when we arrived with an enormous amount of baggage. Also, when we had a problem with the internet, and trying to find a TV channel to watch the football, she and her husband came round to see what they could do to help. Throughout all the booking process and arrangements for our arrival her communication with us has been excellent. We had a most enjoyable 7 days here.
