We arrived in Portofino towards the end of a cruise. Walked up the very steep and winding lane to this plain little church which was destroyed during World War II and rebuilt to be the same as the original. The flowers in the cemetery were lovely and the climb was worth it to see the beautiful natural harbour of Portofino from above. Enjoyed a cold beer outside one of the bars in the harbour. What a lovely place.
