For a start the lights are so bright, it's not a relaxing ambience at all. The staff stand over you and make you feel watched/judged, not gently observed in case you need something. The second I put the last mouth-full of any dish in my mouth my plate had already gone, regardless of whether my companion had finished. I work in the food industry and this is considered very rude. The spaghetti alle vongole was so salty that I asked for some Parmesan to calm it down...well...the owner marched straight over and shook his finger in my face, seriously, saying 'non'. I understand that fish and cheese is big no-no, but my dish didn't taste right, and after all I'm the one paying the bill. The staff did not smile and I observed one waitress trying to explain something to a customer in regards to the food and the owner quite rudely shoved her out the way and took over talking to the customer. So basically all the staff are scared of the owner who does his best to create the most stiff and unpleasant eating experience. The food was not great either. We could not have asked for the bill quicker!!!
