Outside the town of La Spezia but still in walking distance from town.
Nice clean room with good bed. Friendly host. Safe parking.
To our opinion could be the breakfast a bit better.
For sure a good place if you want to see something of the Cinque Terra.

Traveled through Italy with my mother last year and randomly booked this darling B&B. Used my iPhone GPS to guide us there without an issue. The property is behind a large, private security gate with plenty of free parking. The owner and his wife, though they only speak Italian, are darling and very helpful/accommodating. Breakfast was great coffee, pastries, fruit and juice and the bus is a short walk from the house and will take you directly to the train to Cinque Terre. The room was clean, quite and comfortable. La Spezia itself is certainly not a tourist destination but this place is top notch. Very homey and a great place to lay over on the way to Cinque Terre! Highly recommend. The owner communicated through google translate on his phone which actually works out surprisingly well. He is kind and patient!

This place was a hidden gem and away from the city centre, very quiet. No charges for parking the car. It was a ideal place for us travelling with car. The host can't speak much English but that didn't stop him to show us around the house. Our room was clean and tidy, full of cinnamon smell. There is no room tea making facility but we can make tea or coffee downstairs in the kitchenette. In room air conditioning was good, woke well on a hot day. Breakfast was served between 730-930, not the continental style buffet but it was sufficient. We drove to La Speiza Central and caught the train to Cinque Terre. To park the car at the train station, it was 1.50 euro an hour. Then it was about 6 mins drive from La Peiza central to this B&B.
For the money we paid, I think this place definitely was recommending.

The place is very cosy and clean. The owner is a wonderful person, very gentil. He prepares the breakfest in a nice and small kitchen and makes delicious capuccinos. He doesn't speak english but makes an incredible effort to make his guests feel confortable and well. Alessandro worths the stay! The room was very clean, the bed confortable and the bathroom was furnished. It was perfect!

The house is little, full of little things, interior has old-time-style, very nice, everything is perfectly clean and flawless. We had a carport room on the second floor, very nice room. The hotel has a railway station in walking distance (30 min), to take the train to Cinque terre. The owner does not speak english, he translates your sentences into italian and his sentences into english thru mobil-translator. It has parking area and is a good choice to spend one night there.
