We spent 1 night in June 2011 here to break our journey from Italy to France. Our twin bedded room was of reasonable size with modern fit-out and lovely large flat screen tv. Both the room and bathroom were clean and the beds comfortable.

The only gripe we had was that the air-conditioning in our room didn't work so we had to leave the window open all night leaving us at the mercy of mosquitoes. My guess is the air-conditioning does work but the hotel is saving money on power, as the only place that that appeared to be cooled was the reception area.

A quite respectable buffet breakfast was included in the room rate - with a good choice of drinks, sweets, breads and fresh fruit. The dining room was large and pleasant and also provided access to a dining area outside in the sun.

A car is definitely recommended to reach this hotel due to its position on the outskirts of town. It has plenty of free parking spaces provided at the front and back of the hotel. There was quite a large looking shopping centre within walking distance, however it was closed the day we were there.

Overall a very good place to stay, would have been even better if the air-con worked!

This place isn't too from a suburban train station, but if you need to get around the area, you'll need a car.

Coming off the autostrada, there were lots of signs for the hotel, but it was easy to miss when finally arriving. You have to take a pretty long loop to get there, because it's across a dry riverbed.

The hotel itself was nice, good beds, good bathroom, big flatscreen TV, etc.

The room key didn't work at first, the front desk seemed rather disinterested upon check in (it was midnight).

Big breakfast buffet, lots of coffees, juices, cakes, deli assortment, etc.

This is probably a fine hotel if you're doing business in the area.
.

Room Tip: Probably looking west would be a better view, my east facing room overlooked the parking area.

we booked late into this hotel due to car troubles which stopped us from reaching our next destination. we could not have been more disappointed. the air con didnt work, the bar menu consisted of frozen pizza, they shut the restaurant by turning the lights off on us and ordering us out...all in all not even vaguely impressed. the service was even worse - once we told the desk of our experience and how we didnt feel that the room we had warranted the price we were being charged, he offered to call the police on us. dreadful place.

We were only stopping here for a night so it was perfect for us, if you want more of a city trip I think it may be too far away from the centre. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was delicious and we did not wait long even though they were very busy. Overall it was good we liked it.

The hotel is outside of the city. You need to have a car or use the public transportation to get around. The rooms a very nicely decorated with everything looks fresh. My husband booked the room online which offered a very good price and it came with a excellent breakfast. The best room we had on our European 10 weeks trip.

the hotel is very nice. Good location for a stopover, you'll need a car to visit Genova and its wonderful harbour area. excellent breakfast, plenty of parking.

If you like to visit Genoa this is not the best place to stay. The distance is very long to the city (40-45 minutes to the city on public transport). Definitely the worse hotel in which I've ever been. There was an odd odor in the lobby; after I saw and killed 2 big cockroaches in front of my room’s door, I realized that the odor were from insecticide. The air conditioning was noisy; we try to stop it over the night but were impossible. Not much interest from the staff to solve this problem. 3 nights we have to sleep with ear stoppers because this noise. Breakfast was good for an Italian hotel, but there were no glasses but plastic cups for orange juice. Nevertheless the rooms were clean and quiet, beside the air conditioning noise and the free parking was near the rooms.

Room Tip: The rooms were big and clean.
