Marta and her family were wonderful hosts, making you feel like family when you are there. Serving a 5 star quality breakfast, clean and chic rooms with breathtaking views over The Cinque Terre. We stayed in order to hike the trails, loved the little shops, restaurants and gelaterias! Consider this quaint location over bigger hotels for a more individualized stay. Thank you Marta!

We stayed four nights at Il Parco in the beginning of September 2017.
It was a great stay! The B&B was really nice, located quietly in the hills above the town. There was a Shuttle service to take us up and down, but you can also take the 10 min walk. The rooms were really nice with great beds and new bathrooms. Some noise from the other rooms. Towels changed every day (although not necessary). The outside area was really fantastic with garden, pool, sunbeds and amazing view! Breakfast was great and Marta and her staff was really friendly and service-minded! I would highly recommend a stay here! Especially for adults, couples trip or friends trip :-)

This is a gorgeous B&B up on the steep hillside overlooking Monterosso. We booked 4 nights here for our minimoon and we're SO happy to be up in the peaceful quietness and not down in the madness of the town. The pool is a gorgeous place to sit and read and drink beer. The breakfast is delicious with the most spectacular view and Marta was a delightful host. Our room (4 ) was spacious and comes highly recommended for the panoramic view and private balcony. The B&B does not serve lunch or dinner but can recommend places to eat. The shuttle to town is very handy, not because it is so far by because it can be a VERY hot climb!!

We would definitely come back here.

Room tip: The suite (room 4) that we had has a great panoramic view.

My husband and I enjoyed three nights here. It was so wonderful and unexpected. Marta and her family do everything to make your stay perfect. We enjoyed having breakfast each morning. There is a shuttle to take you into and out of town or you can walk. It's not far, just a little steep. We enjoyed being hillside away from the crowds of the town. The views from our room and the grounds were lovely. The hotel is just fabulous! Stay here!

We were picked up near the train station by a member of staff from Il Parco who drove us the short distance to the hotel, got us checked in, provided us with a complimentary Aperol Spritz & showed us round our room.

The room itself was fantastic with a very modern bathroom. For anyone concerned about the distance from the town on Monterosso....don't be. There is a regular free shuttle approx once per hour that goes to/from Il Parco to the town, however we enjoyed the walk so much that we never actually bothered with the shuttle. The walk into town takes about 7-10mins, and the walk home takes about 12-15 mins (as its up quite a few steps). But if you enjoy a short walk... it's an enjoyable walk.

The hotel (and train station) are in the "new" part of Monterosso, but there is a very nice enjoyable ten minute walk along the promenade to get to old town where most of the resturants are. (although there are some very nice restaurants in new town also).

Full continental breakfast was served every morning and the staff were very friendly. On checkout day, they also asked what time our train was at and they kindly took us down to the train station with our luggage.

The main purpose of our trip was to visit / hike between the towns of Cinque Terre. There is easy access from the town to the walking trail which takes you to the next town (Vernazza).

A fantastic B&B and we would definitely stay again!
