If you enjoy being away from crowded places, you like the ambience of old Trieste and you do not mind some walking go to have dinner at Arcoriccardo. We sat inside in a room furnished with great taste and a glass floor above ancient roman steps, enjoyed the galery of modern paintings, the decent music and the owner playing piano. And we sat outside surrounded by nicely restored medival houses close to the roman arc. The service was warmly welcoming, the excellent food cooked by Luca Gioiello the napoletan owner. There is a selection of good white and red wines that fit the food on the menu.
