We ate here rather late one night as i had noticed the sign pointing into the alley as I had walked past a number of times. The cook greeted us and had clearly had a little bit too much grappa, however he was extremely friendly and welcoming and decided to bring us a range of dishes that he would choose. This was an excellent idea. We started off with salumi and other cold meats, then the local cabbage soup, then amazing gnocchi with ragu, and finally a selection of grilled meats and sausages. Everything was great and very economical. The only downside was that later after 10pm, the place seemed to be frequented you youths, some of whom were pretty loud and kind of took over the space.
