Just got back from a weekend in Rimini, I had a single room which was a little bit small but as it was just me it didn't matter. The rooms were clean airy bright and modern. The staff here are extremely helpful and the surrounding restaurants were great and not expensive. The views were great and although I had a single room I still had my own balcony.
Would love to go back and take the family as it is a family friendly area and so is the hotel.
If staying in this area visit nettuno which is a bar next to the beach, its modern but not pretentious or expensive and in the evening they provide a lovely assortment of foods for you to try which cost you nothing. Definitely worth a visit.
I cant wait to go back.
Be careful when booking flights to Rimini as a lot of the travel companies fly you into Bologne instead of Rimini and its a good two hours of travelling by train / bus etc to reach the beach resorts.
