Stayed in Hotel Bagli from Sunday 22nd July to 5th August 2012. When our tour bus stopped to let us off for our hotel, we were told we would have to walk a bit as the Mini Bus could not come down to our Hotel - this was very unsatisfactory, as we were pretty tired, it was late at night, and we were carrying cases etc., the Rep helped us to carry them. On arrival we were told there was a cold supper ready for us, which we really appreciated, but we were very disappointed when we went to our room (110) which was very small, and the balcony looked straight into a kitchen and wall. We called Reception and spoke to the owner Roberto, and explained that we were not happy with this room, and could we change to a better one with some kind of view. We were told there was no other room available until Tuesday, but that we would be moved to one then. On Tuesday we moved to room 308, this was a much nicer room, and had a view of the swimming pool, and was bright, air conditioning worked very well - which was really important, as for the 14 days, the weather was 36c or more! The bathroom (no bath) contained a sink, bidet, toilet, and at first we thought there was no shower, as we could see no space for one - then we looked up at wall just opposite toilet and there was a shower head, only problem was that you had to stand nearly right next to the toilet for the water to fall on you. There was no shower tray, just a hole in the floor. Foodwise, it was ok. Hotel very clean, Staff really helpful, especially Fabiola in Restaurant, and Rose in Breakfast area. Roberto and his family really very helpful and welcoming. Very busy hotel, lots of Italian people, and Germans, a good mix of young and older people. At night the noise is pretty bad, and goes on until very late. However, I am sure no matter what Hotel in Rimini you stay in this will be the same. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Hotel Bagli, mainly because of the excellent Staff. Little changes would have made a difference - like when you asked for ice-cream for dessert, it was handed to you in the plastic containers it is sold in, and as a starter Yoghurt was just left in original tub. as well. I realise this is a 3 star Hotel but it could be a better one with slight changes.
