Black pig prosciutto tasted exceptional! The pasta was also excellent. It was a bit shame that they served their food on disposable plates. It didnt match with their concept.

This is a Prosciutton Ham certified production as well as other amazing cured meats. The speciality is the black pig ham and cured meats. The tour is amazing, seeing how everthing is made and cured in the drying/curing rooms. Michele was the perfect host and explained everything you will ever need to know about cured meats! After the amazing tour the Prosciutto Bar is the perfect finish to try all of the meats with a nice glass of wine and of course some Parmigiano Reggiano.

We had lunch here in June after an Italian friend from Australia suggested it. He is a butcher and told us to try it. We had a cracking lunch of pasta, wine and cured meats including Culatello. I had a plate served up to me that I thought was for the 4 of us to share. Needless to say I struggled but managed to consume the lot. After lunch we took a tour of the factory and storage rooms. Very inciteful. Loved it and would definitely return if in that region.

I did a tour through the facility and the Rivalta Farm, and it was awesome. They explained the entire aging process and showed why Parma Ham is the best in the world. At the end of the tour, I got lunch at the prosciutto bar (added cost) and it was delicious!
