We did not stay at the hotel but at an apartment owned by the hotel. The reception staff was really helpful and they were there whenever we needed. They transfered us with a small bus. The apartment was new,clean and equipped with 2 A/C.More

Hotel is just five minutes walk to Palazzo della Pilotta, Teatro Regio, famous opera house and city center. Room was clean, breakfast very good with fresh fruits. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is the best thing with it, just a three minute walk from the train station. The city centre itself, is just a seven minute walk away.
The hotel is a quite average three-star place. Nothing fancy, but completely ok. The room was clean and of decent size. It had a small fridge. The staff is nice, and breakfast good too. Lots of fresh fruit. I did miss some more different kinds of bread, and I’d love to see some healthier options too, but you can definitely eat yourself full anyway. The wifi was very poor unfortunately.

Visited with Welsh choir.Rooms are super clean, asked for extra pillows and these were delivered quite promptly, efficient professional staff, Excellent continental breakfast, but would like to see all the meats covered at breakfast . Very good location,has its own garage at the rear (15 Euro per day). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location close to the train station and walking distance from the city center. Fabulous breakfast, and room with updated features, comfortable bathroom, and modern Equipment.
Would really like to see better internet connection and TV channel variety, but not an important thing for those who come here as tourists.
